Instant Preview
View your new website in seconds — even before your domain goes live.
When you checkout, we give you a private preview address on preview.promptsite.co.uk. Open it from your client area, share it with a partner, or check it on your phone while your real name is still at the old host.
Without a preview link
- Wait for DNS to propagate
- Guess whether the transfer worked
- Send screenshots back and forth
- Can’t show the site until “it’s live”
With Instant Preview
- Private link in your client area right after checkout
- HTTPS on *.preview.promptsite.co.uk
- Embed the site on the page or open in a tab
- Real domain catches up when DNS is ready
How it works
- Pay and we provision hosting — your preview hostname is reserved straight away (something like
k7mp3nqr.preview.promptsite.co.uk). - We build from your brief — as soon as the first version is ready, the same link shows the real site (redesigns often land in minutes).
- Review in the client area — expand Instant Preview on your site card, or open the link in a new tab.
- Your domain goes live when it’s ready — transfer, registration or DNS — without blocking you from seeing the new design.
The preview address is unguessable — only people you share it with can open it. When your proper domain points at us, you keep both links until you’re happy to send everyone to the main URL.
